No workout today. We have back to school night and I am sitting in the library waiting for visitors.
Food:
Breakfast: cereal w/ soy milk, coffee, water
Snack: plain yogurt, 4 or 5 hard candies
Lunch: leftover pasta w/ sausage, apple, water
Dinner: Tritip, greenbeans
Snack: tall Cinnamon Dolce Latte, chocolate
